Even after I complained to the front desk about how dirty the room was. During my visit they never came to freshen the sheets/towels. I then find out they charged me for the room even though it was prepaid by my employer. I get to a room that reeled of weed, there were ashes on the bed spread and a wash cloth by the room door on the floor. He proceeds to ask for my credit card (typical at hotels to guarantee you don't have any extra incidentals charged to the room) and I leave to my room finally at 10pm. Around 9:30 I went back to check the kiosk since I never got an email and after 30 mins in line they told me the kiosks are too dumb to reassign rooms. I dropped off my luggage in a friend's room since I was there for business and had a meeting. A message pops up that says my rooms not ready yet and to leave an email and I'd be notified when it's ready. My employer prepaid for my trip and I received the confirmation email from the hotel.
